We offer a returns service at the standard rate of delivery of £4.99. Please follow the instructions provided in your delivery note if you wish to use this service. If you would like to arrange for a return without using our services, please contact us to let us know the details and when we can expect to receive the returned goods.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note, these timeframes will be extended during busy periods. All orders will be delivered by our third-party partners, confirmation emails will be sent to our customers when your courier has your parcel, and details of your delivery will be included in your confirmation email. Deliveries typically reach our customers between 2-5 working days after the courier has collected your order.
